Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
