Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times range between 7–15 business days after order processing, though this may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

We currently ship to domestic and international destinations. Availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Design Hub Studio LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays & Lost Packages

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Design Hub Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes.
